With summer behind us, the fashion scene is bursting with crisp autumn apparel and accessory trends worth “falling” for. Here are a few notable wearables that exemplify some of my favorite style staples of this season:

TREND: Equestrian Style

Equestrian boots endure as one of this season’s coolest looks! Versatile, comfortable, and effortlessly chic, the Corrine boot by Cat Footwear in particular are a shoe-in. This season, Bootights are available in new colors and styles that are trend forward. Dark wine is now an option because of the popularity of the color this season.  “Lincoln Park,” an updated open knit, adds texture to the leg and looks great with the more traditional boots to the industrial boots so popular now with the chunky heels. TREND: Dolman Sleeves
CV by Cynthia Vincent Dolman Sleeve Cardigan (www.QVC.com) – $63
There’s just nothing like a chunky, cozy sweater when the temperature drops and the wind blows. This versatile plush wool blend cardigan from CV by Cynthia Vincent will be my constant companion this year! Popular Dolman sleeves and a self belt ensure the look is on point. Available in basic black or grey and in sizes XXS – 3X, this sweet sweater is easy to wear and wash and pairs extremely well with this season’s top prints, patterns, and colors for both work and weekend wear.

ISAAC MIZRAHI LIVE! Animal Print Bracelet Stretch Watch (www.QVC.com) – $31
It’s amazing how a fun and funky watch can really jazz up an ensemble. And, this ISAAC MIZRAHI LIVE! timepiece definitely fits the bill. The animal print expansion band watch, available in Leopard/Goldtone or Zebra/Silvertone, features a sunray dial and the designer’s logo at the 12. Arabic numbers are located at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock points. The rest of the clock features round clear crystals at other hours. There are also hour, minute, and second hands. The watch has a stainless steel push pull crown, case back, and band. Pair this accessory with any of fall’s hottest solid colors and give your wrist a fierce look inspired by the wild.

TREND: Gold, Statement Jewelry
Susan Graver Hammered Texture Y Necklace (www.QVC.com) – $26
From Susan Graver for QVC, this is a fun and flirty statement necklace with “fringe benefits.” The piece features a Y-shape design that drapes in flattering form over the declote’.
